Integrated Logistics Support &
CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT
InfoTechSVP provides Configuration management (CM) services for complex DoD C4I systems and commercial and government IT services. For DoD customers, CM is intertwined with the Systems Engineering process and must adhere to stringent policies and procedures to manage and track individual system and overall project baselines and configurations. These services include system baseline and modernization management. This also includes direct knowledge and experience in the processes and review forums identifying, submitting and approving a configuration change. This includes the Configuration Control Board (CCB) process, Engineering Change Proposals/Requests (ECP/ECR), Field Change Bulletins (FCB) and Software Delivery Documents (SWD). InfoTechSVP provides CM through IT service management, as defined by ITIL, to commercial and government customers. This enables InfoTechSVP to help customers ensure their products and services maintain consistency in requirements, design and operational performance.
SYSTEM TRAINING & DOCUMENTATION
InfoTechSVP provides system training and documentation services for complex DoD C4I systems and commercial and government IT services. The systems training services span the program or projects lifecycle to ensure systems can be successfully operated and maintained. For projects pre-deployment, InfoTechSVP performs the analysis of the intended user and maintainer skills and capabilities and develops training materials and documentation to ensure they can perform their required job functions. InfoTech SVP develops training curriculum, then prepares training materials to support written documentation, live training and video training approaches. Post training development, training is monitored, audited and feedback is solicited to ensure the training is effective and/or modified as needed. To further support successful system deployment and operations, InfoTechSVP provides documentation services ranging from initial architecture diagrams to detailed design and installation drawings. These include functional and physical architecture and design drawings from network design architectures, to data center rack diagrams to DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) views, to detailed drawings and elevation diagrams. These services can stand alone or be provided in conjunction to other service areas to support the successful management and operations systems and networks.
